Local groups

The following are local groups and Charities we are proud to support.

Diversity Group
The group was initially formed to plan a 'Celebration of Diversity' service, this was held at The Salvation Army in December 2014. Following this, the group is working on new ways to encourage churches in how they embrace diversity, and consider the needs of all abilities.

Other Groups we support

Home for Good:Suffolk
We are a Christian group of Foster Carers and Adopters who are working with the nation charity Home for Good.
Locally we have two main aims: To promote the need for more foster carers and adopters in our country through Suffolk Churches and To Connect those who do foster and adopter so they can feel supported. We hold/can signpost any adopters/foster carers in Felixstowe Churches to informal coffee/play session where they can get to know other carers and feel supported. We also hold regular activities and event which the whole family can attend. We are also promoting the need for more foster carers and adopters and happy to speak at services or run information evenings in the local area.
